User-Provided Information:

You provide us personally identifiable information about yourself, such as your name, email address, phone number(s) and/or company name, if you contact us for, but not limited to, support on using the ServicePortal and updates on the ServicePortal. If you correspond with us by email, we may retain the content of your email messages, your email address and our responses. We may also retain any messages you send through the ServicePortal. 

We also collect other information that you provide as part of using the ServicePortal, including without limitation your current location and individual preferences or demographic information (Non-Personally Identifiable Information).

Cookies Information:

When you visit the ServicePortal, we may send one or more cookies (a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters) to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser and lets HTP help you log in faster and enhance your experience through the ServicePortal. A cookie may also convey information about how you use the ServicePortal to us. A cookie does not collect personal information about you. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive after you close your browser. Persistent cookies may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to the ServicePortal. Persistent cookies can be removed by following your web browser's directions. A session cookie is temporary and disappears after you close your browser. However, some features of the ServicePortal may not function properly if the ability to accept cookies is disabled.

Log File Information:

Log file information automatically reported by your browser each time you access a web page. When you use the ServicePortal, our servers automatically record certain log file information. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, referring / exit pages and URLs, number of clicks and how you interact with links on the ServicePortal, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other such information. Log file information is not personally identifiable, however, log file information may be used in conjunction with other informationin a manner that may constitute personally identifiable information.

Third Party Services:

HTP uses third party analytics services, including but not limited to Google Analytics, to help understand use of the ServicePortal. These services collect the information sent by your browser as part of a web page request, including cookies and your IP address. Their use of such information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

We use the personal information you submit to operate, maintain, and provide to you the features and functionality of the ServicePortal.

By providing HTP your email address and/or telephone number, including but not limited to during surveys, support, newsletter sign-up on our websites, you consent to our using the email address and/or telephone number to send you ServicePortal-related notices, including any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail. You also agree that we may send you notifications of activity on the ServicePortal to the email address you give us, in accordance with any applicable privacy settings. We may use your email address and/or telephone number to send you other messages, such as newsletters, changes to features of the ServicePortal, or special offers.

HTP may use certain information about you and/or your User Content internally for purposes such as analyzing how the ServicePortal is used, diagnosing service or technical problems, maintaining security, and personalizing content.

HTP reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor the User Content you post on the ServicePortal. We reserve the right to remove any such information or material for any reason or no reason, including without limitation if in our sole opinion such information or material violates, or may violate, any applicable law or our Terms of Use Agreement, or to protect or defend our rights or property or those of any third party. HTP also reserves the right to remove information upon the request of any third party.

We use cookies and log file information to:

1. Remember information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the ServicePortal
2. Provide custom, personalized content and information
3. Monitor the effectiveness of our Service
4. Monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, traffic, and demographic patterns
5. Diagnose or fix technology problems reported by our Users or engineers that are associated with certain IP addresses
6. Help you efficiently access your information after you sign in.

Personal Identifiable Information:

HTP may share your personally identifiable information with third parties for the purpose of providing and improving the ServicePortal. For instance, HTP may also share your relevant personally identifiable information to facilitate the creation and provisioning of the ServicePortal. If you remove information that you posted to the ServicePortal, copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of the ServicePortal, or if other Users have copied or saved that information.

Except as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy, HTP will not disclose personal information to any third party unless required to do so by law or subpoena or if we believe that such action is necessary to:

1. Conform to the law, comply with legal process served on us or our affiliates, or investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities
2. To enforce our Terms of Use, take precautions against liability, to investigate and defend ourselves against any third-party claims or allegations, to assist government enforcement agencies, or to protect the security or integrity of our site
3. To exercise or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of HTP, our Users or others.

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our ServicePortal, to provide the ServicePortal on our behalf, to perform services (e.g., without limitation, maintenance services, database management, web analytics, fraud detection services relating to the activity of HTP Users and improvement of the ServicePortal's features) or to assist us in analyzing how our ServicePortal is used. These third parties may have access to your personally identifiable information; if they do, this access is only so that they may perform these tasks on our behalf and such third parties will be obligated not to disclose or use your personally identifiable information for any other purpose.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information:

We may share non-personally identifiable information, including information obtained through tools such as cookies and log files(such as anonymous usage data, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, number of clicks, etc.) with interested third parties to help them understand the usage patterns for certain services. Third party vendors, such as Google, may use cookies and log file information, and other data to serve ads on third party sites based on a HTP Users prior visits to and usage of the ServicePortal

HTP cares about the integrity and security of your personal information. We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to HTP or guarantee that your information on the ServicePortal may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards. HTP is not responsible for the functionality or security measures of any third party.

To protect your privacy and security, we take reasonable steps (such as requesting a unique password) to verify your identity before granting you access to your account. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and account information, and for controlling access to your email communications from HTP, at all times.

When you enter sensitive information (such as login ID and password), we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Identity theft and the practice currently known as "phishing" are of great concern to HTP. Safeguarding information to help protect you from identity theft is a priority to HTP. We are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from the ServicePortal, nor the information or content contained therein.
